The romance between Scott Rothstein, the disbarred Fort Lauderdale law firm chairman who masterminded a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme, and his wife, Kim, has long grown cold.

The two are divorced, Scott is serving a 50-year prison sentence, and Kim was released from prison this year after being convicted of hiding jewelry from federal agents.
