Five shareholders have left Akerman in the last month, including a labor lawyer who spent 30 years with the law firm and another who left to start his own mediation and arbitration shop after 26 years.

Labor and employment shareholder Susan Eisenberg, who has spent her entire legal career with Akerman, is moving to Cozen O’Connor’s Miami office Wednesday with fellow Akerman partner Jennifer Williams.
