The daughter of a West Palm Beach woman who died undergoing revision surgery joined hundreds of litigants filing suit against a global hip-implant manufacturer.
Barbara Sargent’s 86-year-old mother, Nancy Strauss, died on the operating table in July 2014 during a surgery to replace an artificial hip implanted in 2010.
