Miami intellectual property law firm Espinosa Trueba has picked up most of the lawyers at Martinez, White & Viniegra to form a nine-lawyer boutique with a special focus on advertising injury insurance defense.
Espinosa Trueba Martinez’s creation comes several months after the departure of international arbitrator Carlos Concepcion, who left the firm bearing his name, Concepcion Martinez & Puente, for Jones Day in May. That left 10 lawyers at the reconfigured Martinez White in Coral Gables.
