A lawn maintenance company mowed down an employment discrimination and slander lawsuit by arguing the plaintiffs took $1.2 million from the company.
Former Mitchell’s Lawn Maintenance Corp. employees Kelly Phillips and Edel Leon sued the company for $5 million in 2013, one of five cases between the divorced couple and Mitchell’s.
