The White House has tapped two Floridians to serve as members of the Panel of Conciliators of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes.
Rosemary Barkett is a judge on the Iran-U.S. States Claims Tribunal and is a former judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and former chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Pedro J. Martinez-Fraga is a partner and international arbitrator in Bryan Cave’s Miami office.
