Fort Lauderdale attorney Bart Houston, already banned from practicing in bankruptcy court indefinitely, will soon find out whether he will be banned from the practice of law altogether.

Houston, who formerly worked for such law firms as Genovese Joblove & Battista, Kopelowitz Ostrow Ferguson Weiselberg Gilbert and the now-defunct Adorno & Yoss, says he is just one of several attorneys to be unfairly targeted by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson, who issued a scathing order two years ago against Houston.
