A South Miami office tower sold for nearly $400 per square foot at year’s end to Texas-based USAA Real Estate Co.
Advance Tower, which will continue to house the headquarters of Interval International Inc., traded hands for $40 million. The seller, JW Advance LLC, a Boca Raton-based company managed by Jeffrey J. Weiss, developed the property in 1986 and has managed it since then.
