Fort Lauderdale attorneys obtained a $1.35 million insurance settlement for three seniors whose car was rear-ended by an uninsured drunken driver.
Ginnis & Krathen lawyers Eric Ginnis and H Ross Zelnick negotiated with Hudson Insurance Group and 21st Century Insurance to obtain the settlement for those in the car, one of whom died two days after the accident.
