U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke granted an emergency stay after Palm Beach attorney Tina Talarchyk was found in contempt and ordered to be jailed.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge John Olson in Fort Lauderdale on Tuesday issued a contempt order against Talarchyk of the Talarchyk Firm. Olson ordered her arrest pending payment of $10,949 to a client trust account and for her failure to produce trust account records after she was ordered to do so.
