A Cushman & Wakefield team represented Boston-based New England Development in two of Palm Beach County’s biggest real estate transactions of 2015.

The first was the May sale of Palm Beach Outlets for $278 million, the year’s largest commercial real estate deal and the second largest in the county’s history, trailing only the 2014 sale of the Mall at Wellington Green for $341 million. New England Development and Clarion Partners acquired the open-air outlet mall in West Palm Beach.
