The news that Greenberg Traurig is in merger talks with British law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner extends the firm’s long-term practice of growth through firm and practice group acquisitions.
Greenberg Traurig has been in growth mode practically since its founding in Miami in 1967 but was kicked into high gear when Richard Rosenbaum, the firm’s executive chairman, took over in 2010.
