Terra Group left its skyscrapers in Miami and leaped across the Broward County line to develop a portion of Pembroke Pines City Center, a 47-acre mixed-use project.

Terra’s development will feature 450 low-scale, garden-style apartments and 325,000 square feet of commercial space anchored by a theater and grocery store at the southwest corner of Pines Boulevard and Palm Avenue.
