Holland & Knight is facing a $14 million malpractice lawsuit alleging two of its Miami attorneys defrauded Lumber Liquidators founder Tom Sullivan during a high-profile Bal Harbour real estate closing.

The bankruptcy liquidating trustee for the One Bal Harbour condominium and hotel project alleges Holland & Knight partners Mark Aronson and Jorge Hernandez-Toraño concealed a $1 million payment to the other 50 percent shareholder in the agreement Sullivan signed.
