A five-bedroom spec mansion boasting 115 feet of ocean frontage in Ocean Ridge had sold for $13.64 million.

“The big deal is it sold in pre-construction, which is unique for an oceanfront,” said Nicholas Malinosky with New York-based Corcoran Group, a real estate brokerage with a presence in South Florida. Malinosky and colleague Randy Ely listed the Palm Beach County property last year. It sat on the market for 198 days before it was purchased by Watersedge 21 Properties LLC, a company tied to a New York address.
