Akerman ended its fiscal year on solid ground, reporting a 4 percent increase in gross revenue to $337 million along with a 5.5 percent jump in profit per partner to $675,000.

The Miami-based firm was Florida’s largest law firm by head count in 2015, edging out Greenberg Traurig and Holland & Knight. Most of the Florida attorneys—about 160—are based in Miami. Akerman landed in the Am Law 100 ranking for the first time last year at 98th.
