South Florida led the nation’s home-flipping business last year with more than 10,000 homes bought and flipped back onto the market within a 12-month period.

Home-flipping represented 8.6 percent of all Miami-area home and condo sales in 2015, up 4 percent as a share of all sales from 2014, according to RealtyTrac, a California-based provider of national housing data.
