A jury determined a Coral Gables criminal defense attorney broke his fee-sharing promise to a Miami attorney and awarded $800,000 for fraud, breach of contract and conspiracy.
The verdict capped a long-running dispute between attorneys Nathan Diamond and Stephen Rosen dating back to 2005 when Rosen asked Diamond to represent his client’s co-defendant in a murder case.
