Ten corporate lawyers — five shareholders and five associates — in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office have defected to crosstown rival Holland & Knight.

The departing shareholders include David Barkus, co-chair of the firm’s Miami corporate and securities practice and an 18-year Greenberg veteran; Ira Rosner, who has three decades of experience on mergers and acquisitions and public and private offerings; Aaron Slavens, who works on mergers and acquisitions; Jordan Taylor, who specializes in telecommunications and technology law; and Marc Druckman, who focuses on M&A work and private equity.
