Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers kicker Lawrence Tynes is wearing out the team’s defense in his lawsuit over a career-ending toe infection he claims he contracted in a team training facility.

A Tampa state court judge denied the Bucs’ motion to move the case to arbitration, a second defeat for the team after it failed to keep the case in federal court. The case is now likely to move to discovery.
