When a baby’s body was found in a gas station garbage bin in North Miami, Raul Castro Manzano and Catheryne Cristina Lucero saw the story on TV and cried for the child’s parents.

“Then the North Miami Police Department came to their door to tell them the baby was theirs,” said the couple’s lawyer, Neal Hirschfeld of Greenspoon Marder in Fort Lauderdale.
