A Miami company has been cleared of liability in an employment dispute case.

Jorge Diaz, who was terminated by International Vapor Group Inc. in February 2014, claimed he worked more than 40 hours per week but was not paid overtime, was retaliated against and was the target of ethnic-based, derogatory remarks by his district manager. He sought $60,000 in damages.
