Gov. Rick Scott has appointed Linda Robison, a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Shutts & Bowen, to the embattled Broward Health board.

Robison of Pompano Beach will fill one of two empty seats at the troubled public hospital district. Scott suspended two board members — Fort Lauderdale attorney David Di Pietro and Darryl Wright — last month for malfeasance.
