There was some good news and bad news when HC Real Estate Capital LLC principals Chris Caveglia and Kurt Hoffmann tackled a $6.5 million refinancing deal for retail landlord Dolphin Plaza PW LP.

The Delray Beach executives’ client wanted to refinance a commercial mortgage-backed securities loan 12 months before it matured for a neighborhood shopping center at 17201-17237 NW 27th Ave., north of the Palmetto Expressway in Miami Gardens and about two miles from the Miami Dolphins stadium.
