Home sellers are walking away with their biggest profits since 2007, according to RealtyTrac’s latest home sales report.
U.S. home sellers in March took away $30,500 more than the original purchase price on average for a 17 percent gain. That’s the highest price leap in a single month since December 2007, RealtyTrac said.
