Marketing material showed a sleek, automated garage system with robotic arms seamlessly retrieving and parking vehicles in a 480-slot garage at 1300 Brickell Bay Drive. A promotional video on YouTube shows the system at work, with the narrator proclaiming, “It will change how cities are built.”
