Akerman lawyers won a $1.52 million trade secrets verdict against a Boynton Beach window and door hardware company.
Nationwide Parts & Hardware Inc. and owner Christopher Ortiz were found liable Friday in Miami-Dade Circuit Court for misappropriating trade secrets, unfair competition, deceptive trade practices and civil theft.
