A Pinecrest retail plaza was not to blame for a shopper’s death when she was hit by a car in the parking lot, a Miami-Dade Circuit Court jury decided.
Carmen Rodriguez, 62, was walking out of Ross Dress for Less at 8605 S. Dixie Highway and heading for the nearest bus stop with her shopping bags Dec. 8, 2010.
