A Brazilian developer has revived an ambitious plan for a narrow lot on the Miami River.
The Edge on Brickell, formerly a proposed 130-unit, 55-story condo building with a rooftop restaurant, came before the Miami River Commission on Monday as a newly designed condo-hotel project.
