At every turn, California attorney Barbara Uberoi has been denied a chance to regain her Florida license and practice law in Tampa, where she lives.
Uberoi, who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 and briefly lived in California, could keep quiet until she reapplies in October. She knows that would be the prudent course, but she won’t do it.
