Wal-Mart has been cleared of liability in a premises liability case.

A shopper claimed she slipped and fell on liquid dish soap in a Wal-Mart store in West Palm Beach in 2014. The shopper, who was ultimately diagnosed with lumbar disc bulges at L3-4 and L4-5 along with a partial tear of the right knee’s anterior cruciate ligament, sued Wal-Mart Stores Inc. for negligence.
