Renaissance Properties, a New York real estate company that focuses on restoring historic Manhattan buildings, purchased an Aventura office complex for $105 million.
Renaissance, which is affiliated with investors Kenneth and Robert Fishel, purchased the three-building Aventura Corporate Center for $417 per square foot in a deal that closed Friday.
