A downtown Miami coffee shop is suing its landlord for allegedly violating its lease terms to make way for redevelopment.

Eternity Coffee Roasters LLC, a Miami coffee roaster and shop that opened five years ago, filed a lawsuit seeking declaratory judgment against its landlord, LPF 2nd St. Garage, a Delaware limited liability company linked to LaSalle Property Fund REIT Inc. in Chicago.
