A lawsuit filed by the central bank of Venezuela against a website that publishes Venezuelan black market exchange rates and anti-government news was dismissed with prejudice for lack of jurisdiction by a federal judge in Delaware.
The complaint accused DolarToday LLC, a Delaware corporation, and its principals of publishing false rates with the intent of destabilizing the Venezuelan economy and profiting on the exchange.
