Wal-Mart faces no damages in a premises liability case.
Shopper Meinardo Cabrera claimed he slipped and fell on a liquid substance while shopping at a Wal-Mart store in Miami in 2012. The shopper, who was diagnosed with cervical and lumbar disc bulges and underwent physical therapy, claimed he suffered a permanent injury and sued Wal-Mart Stores East LP for negligence.
