West Palm Beach lawyer Spencer Kuvin has teamed up with a California attorney to file a new sexual battery lawsuit against comedian Bill Cosby and Playboy magazine publisher Hugh Hefner.
Kuvin and Kevin Kensik of Rolling Hills Estates, California, filed suit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Chloe Goins, a former aspiring model who claimed Cosby drugged then assaulted her in 2008 at a party at Hefner’s Playboy mansion.
