Two bankruptcy law firms in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, which include the incoming president and vice president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, will merge June 1 and keep both offices.

Leiderman Shelomith in Fort Lauderdale and Alexander + Somodevilla in Miami are merging to form Leiderman Shelomith Alexander + Somodevilla.
