A New York-based developer known for building luxury condominiums is diving into Miami’s apartment arena with a product catering to millennials.

Property Markets Group secured an $80 million construction loan from Centennial Bank for the unnamed rental portion of its 300 Biscayne project. PMG scored an additional $30 million preferred equity investment from New York-based Square Mile Capital LLC, the company announced.
