Yet another rich piece of South Florida history is giving way to development.
The 93-year-old Gulfstream Polo Club west of Lake Worth has sold its 100 acres to Pulte Homes for $30 million in a deal that closed May 2. Pulte at the same time acquired an additional 60 neighboring acres, bringing the total transaction price to $49 million.
