Two former members of Greenberg Traurig’s Miami real estate group office have formed Casareale & Partners to focus on transactions.
Anthony Casareale, a former Greenberg partner, and James Carenza, who was of counsel at Greenberg, opened the firm at 1000 Brickell Ave. and will represent institutional and individual clients on real estate transactions. Florence Harewood-Guerrier is a contract attorney at the firm.
