Jones Day represented Atlas Holdings LLC in its acquisition of NCR Corp.’s paper products division in a deal spanning more than 30 jurisdictions around the world.
NCR sold Interactive Printer Solutions, a division that mainly produces paper products such as receipts, labels and checks, to Atlas, a private equity firm that owns and operates 17 companies in over 120 locations throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. The purchase price was not disclosed.
