A Jones Day Mexico City team has advised Ennis, Inc., on the sale of its Alstyle Apparel division in an $109.4 million cash sale to Gildan Activewear.
The transaction closed May 25, less than a month after it was announced, and includes Alstyle’s Mexican subsidiaries.
