The Southeast Financial Center in downtown Miami, the tallest office tower in Florida, is expected to shatter price records now that it’s up for sale for the first time in eight years, market sources familiar with the property said.

The 55-story landmark tower’s cubist upper floors are easily spotted against the symmetrical Miami skyline. The two-acre site at 200 S. Biscayne Blvd. near Biscayne Bay features a sprawling covered plaza connected to a 15-story annex building with 12 floors of parking.
