Ransom Everglades School has added seven acres to its sprawling Miami campus in a record-breaking deal for the Coconut Grove enclave.
The century-old private school paid $34.6 million for its next-door neighbor, a 1920s-era Mediterranean-style mansion tucked away on 6.9 acres of lush greenery facing Biscayne Bay. The historic La Brisa property at 3551 Main Highway sits north of the school’s 10-acre campus.
