Once there were three lawyers from the defunct Adams & Diaco firm facing discipline for conspiring to entrap another lawyer in a drunken-driving arrest. But after a furious referee recommended permanent disbarment for all three, name partner Stephen Diaco promised he’ll never practice law in Florida again.
