Sarasota teenager Brittany Ogg missed her whole junior year of high school while recovering from leg injuries she sustained when an off-road vehicle rolled over her at a friend’s birthday party.

But the 17-year-old will return for senior year with the security of a more than $3 million settlement her lawyers negotiated by making use of a commercial insurance policy covering the two-seat utility task vehicle, or UTV.
