Controversial Broward Circuit Judge Dale Ross is retiring after 35 years on the bench — a decision applauded by some in the judicial system.
“Thanks for the memories,” he wrote in a message Wednesday, calling courthouse staff the “unknown soldiers who are never recognized, but make this building run.”
