Berger Singerman is making its first formal foray into business immigration work with the hire of the incoming president of the Venezuelan National American Bar Association.

The law firm has brought on solo practitioner Adriana Kostencki as a partner in the government and regulatory team, where she will lead a new business immigration practice for the firm. She will be based in Berger Singerman’s Miami office.
