Miami’s hot housing market has undoubtedly cooled off.

Douglas Elliman’s second quarter housing report released Thursday paints a sobering picture for the region’s prospective home sellers. Fewer deals are closing. In Miami Beach, homes are taking twice as long to sell. To top it off, there was a double-digit growth in active listings compared with the same period last year.
