In a major win for Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida practice, the company welcomed a nine-member multifamily team led by Robert Given this week. Given, whose name is often attached to multimillion-dollar transactions throughout the region and beyond, left CBRE Inc. after 13 years to hang his license at the rival, Cushman announced Thursday.
